Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

• Service Area: We deliver across the entire Luzon region.
• Delivery Fee: There is a flat rate of ₱50 for all orders. Delivery is FREE for orders that are ₱1,000 and above!
• Delivery Schedule: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): You may pay cash to the delivery rider upon delivery.
• Billease: We accept payments using Billease for installment plans. Simply choose the Billease option on the checkout page and follow their process.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy (Gadgets)

• Defective/Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the item is Dead on Arrival or has a factory defect, it may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Warranty: The official manufacturer's warranty applies (e.g., 1 year for phones). We can assist in coordinating the repair/service claim, but the manufacturer is responsible for the final repair/replacement decision.
• Requirements:The gadget must be returned in its complete, original packaging with all included accessories (charger, cable, manual).Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse by the customer.The original sales invoice/receipt must be included.
